Since 1985, a story of experience and continuous development.

Lavaggio TIR has been operating in Modena since 1985, specialising in professional tank and transport-unit cleaning.

Over more than forty years, we have built experience by working every day alongside Italian and international hauliers, with constant attention to service quality and sector requirements.

In recent years we have further invested in our business with a new cleaning plant designed to combine power, control and process automation.

The experience built since 1985 is now combined with modern, controlled cleaning technology.

Our new cleaning plant is equipped with two lines that can operate simultaneously, with automated control of the main cleaning parameters.

High pressure, controlled temperature, automatic detergent dosing and stored programmes enable repeatable and traceable cleaning cycles.

Technology for professional tank cleaning.

Our plant uses professional high-pressure systems, temperature control, automatic detergent dosing and dedicated components designed for efficient, repeatable and controlled cleaning cycles.

Steam production

2,000 kg/h boiler

Dedicated steam production for the plant and supply to the cleaning lines.

Dedicated pump unit for the cleaning line, with inverter control.

Stainless-steel heat exchanger

Real-time water heating up to 95 °C.

Automatic dosing

Up to three different products can be managed, with dosing percentages defined by the programme.

High-pressure water distribution to the cleaning heads.

Dual rotary motion and a dedicated line also for single-compartment tank containers.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL
